It's always appreciated when someone is on the lookout for new and
interesting items relevant to ebXML and shares them with us.  Even if
the article were directly relevant to ebXML, instead of attaching the
HTML image of the message, simply point people to the original message
in the XML-DEV archives, whose URL was noted at the bottom:
http://www.lists.ic.ac.uk/hypermail/xml-dev/.

If you wish to inform people of the goings-on touching on XML, but not
specifically relevant to ebXML or e-business, then posting to the
XML-EDI mailing list at http://www.xmledi.com/ might be more
appropriate, since it seems to be a dumping ground for all sorts of  XML
esoterica.
