ebXML toolkit for TRP

For any developers interested:

XML Global have some free tools based on the current TRP specification.
The EbXML package contains software that can create and parse EbXML
Headers, loosely conforming to
the specifications governing the format of those headers. Future
releases of this package will contain
other utility libraries to support EbXML application developers.
