I believe that only the name of the venue and the hotel list were posted to
the site.

I will hold off on sending a (more detailed) announcement to the ebXML
mailing list, until I receive word from you. Alternatively, you are welcome
to send the information to the list directly.

Please don't hesitate to let me know what I can do to support you. We very
much appreciation your involvement in this, and are looking forward to a
successful, well-organized meeting.

| I don't have any thing against the publication of this page but I
| it sent to
| the management group for information only. I think that it should
| be part of
| a full package explaining the location of the hotels regarding the meeting
| centre, how to get there and so on (it may vary a lot). The full package
| will be available by next  Wednesday.
