I did not articulate clearly. There is a weblink that list the currency exchange
for major currencies, I thought it may be helpful to enclose the address so that
people can convert to their dominant currency with ease. Sorry for the
miscommunication. I was on a conference call and was multi tasking.

I believe that more details regarding the meeting location etc. will be
forthcoming by next Wednesday.

However, regarding posting the U.S. rate...I would recommend that we NOT do
that. Remember, ebXML participants come from all over the world. I would
fear that by posting the U.S. rate it would send a message -- that we do not
want to send -- that the ebXML Initiative is U.S. centric and/or U.S.
dominated. We need to take care that this does not happen nor is the
initiative perceived to be U.S. dominated.
