Rachel, I do believe that this is something that the Awareness team should take on. And, the output should be more 'Business Speak" than "Techie Speak". I reviewed the email from Dick Brooks on this subject. While it may be quite helpful to some folks, it assumes a lot of knowledge and uses a lot of acronyms that many 'newbies' just won't understand.
