Proposed BP PT comments on Requirements

On 16 Mar. I agreed to provide comments on the draft ebXML Requirements
Specification, particularly where the BP PT requirements from the Orlando
meeting were not covered.  I have taken the Orlando BP PT requirements (provided
by Karsten) and fit them into Section 3.3, replacing all the bullet items that
were previously listed.  I have taken the opportunity to propose a few other
revisions that specifically include within the ebXML scope app-to-app
applications of XML within an enterprise.  This is very important for large
enterprises that have networks of operations support systems that have to
interoperate.

If you have comments on these comments, please post them to the list server, so
we can discuss them and submit our final comments after the 27 Mar. conference
call.
