Exchange template

I wrote up the first draft of a contractual exchange template
using the current ebXML Metamodel.  This was one of the
things promised in the BP to CC liaison message.

Bill McCarthy made some suggestions, which I incorporated; 
I would be grateful for anybody else's feedback, too.

The URL below takes you to a Microsoft Word document
containing a UML collaboration diagram of the template
along with a text description.

I don't know if this will be useful in Brussels, or if the
schedules of the BP and CC groups will be too crowded
already, but here it is anyway: (watch out for word wrap)
