Updated auto example

Hi Paul,

Attached are the updates to the auto procurement example,
based on info from AIAG collected last Thursday and Friday.

I am sending them to you first because I know some people
dislike receiving big attachments, and thought you might know
if the ftp site is available for general use (and what the procedures
are).  Otherwise, go ahead and forward them to the mailing list,
I suppose - or to a smaller list of conference call attendees.

If I do not hear from you by early Monday AM, I will just send
them to the list myself.  (Sorry to bother you with this, but
I'm often on a dialup line myself and so am sensitive to
the big attachment issue.)

I did the update in the form of two levels of UML use cases.

The attachments include an mdl file for those who have
a Rational Rose compatible UML tool, and a zipped
Word doc file for those who don't.
