Antoine,

Its not a single DTD.  The OASIS approach is to define a set of 
content - whose sum properties gets the job done.  The layer
approach demonstrated by GUIDE fits striaght into this 
information model.

Anyway - I'm drafting something right now - so we should be able
to review all this this week.
