The place to go to for CPFR (Collaborative Planning Forecasting and
Replenishment) is VICS' CPFR site at http://www.cpfr.org/.  Though, as
you know, I'm not one to sit around and look at flow charts of business
models, I've found their white papers insightful. I really liked the one
entitled "The Rise and Fall of the Trading Exchange: shhh - don't tell
my competitor!"
