22 Jan. call report and 29 Jan. call notice

BP and CC PT members,

The report of the 22 Jan. joint  CC/BP PT conference call is attached.  Also see
the latest version of the project plan resulting from the call.  The draft
agenda for the Vancouver meeting is also attached.  The project plan and agenda
will be discussed on next week's call, to take place on 29 Jan. at 12:00 p.m. US
