BP spec schema samples for roles

I have worked with the example that Nita Sharma sent out yesterday.\
I have created example xml for most of the collaborations transactions in the
table in Nita's doc, using the latest DTD from Kurt (also attached).

The DTD is not final, but is complete for this exercise.

These examples prove that specSchema 0.90 with the proposals for multiparty
choreography hold up for the combinations of roles listed, except for multiple
differently named roles within the same binary collaboration.

Nita's showed the mapping from CPP to BP specschema role. We need to discuss
whether to make any changes to spec schema to make the mapping from specschema
role to request/response docs more direct.
