ebXML xsd

Hello!

Our company would like to base our xml efforts on ebXML standards, so I
would
like to ask you if ebXML defines/uses some standard xsd schema
specification
of common standard/business types (e.g. number/decimal for prices) and
if so,
where it can be obtained. I you have any expierence with that xds types,
please give also some examples of use or if I am misunderstanding
something
please explain what ebXML standards exists and how can it be used for
purposes
of average-size business company as we probably are. (I have heard ebXML
is rather complex for little business.)
