Subject: Re: Doc 2 of 4: BP Worksheets and Gudielines
Team Mates: Here is the 2nd of the 4 docs titled: Business Process Analysis Worksheets & Guidelines requiring your review. Please pay special attention to the View Comments notations found throughout the document as related to phrases, words, footnotes etc.. Also you will see Section 14 Appendix C Open Issues. In this section you will find unresolved issues or specific requests for additional detail such as definitions. If you can provide insight and assistance in any of these topic areas, please do so. It is expected that this section will not be included in the doc going to QR on Monday but it is a useful tool for our purposes this weekend. I am also attaching the first document titled: Business Process and Business Document Analysis Review. This document was sent earlier this morning. However, I just added the ccbp-analysis list to this email and we may have picked up a few additional BP Project Team Souls and CC Project Team Folks who would also like the opportunity to review these docs. Thank you all. Best regards, Marcia BP PT Co-lead ----- Original Message ----- From: Marcia L. Before you go out and celebrate this weekend with a pint of Guiness, please find attached for your review the document titled : Business Process and Business Document Analysis Overview. This is the first one of four (1 of 4) promised documents you will receive throughout the day. Your input is valuable to us so please take some time today or tomorrow to comment on the documents. Please review the documents on four levels: 1) Is the content of the document accurate and consistent throughout? Is it consistent with its companion documents and other ebXML documents or specifications? If you recognize issues, please raise them now and provide a proposed resolution. 2) Are references and adjunct documents properly represented? If not, please provide accurate titles, notations, etc. for accurate representation in the document. 3) Are there editorial adds, changes and deletions needed? If so, please identify the line, the error and the proposed change. Lastly, 4) If you can supply any additional detail, definitions or clarification to this document, please do not hold back! I will be checking my email messages (marcia.mclure@mmiec.com) on a regular basis for your recommendations throughout the day and night. Recommended changes will be made to the documents as they arrive or forwarded to one of our very own 'ebXML Magnificent' with the expertise to deal with your specific comment. Thank you all.
