Subject: Re: TA group requests action from Coordination group

i also noted this and the fact it was only posted to the steering committee list not ours.

all duane's points are valid and we should notify him of our schedule.  as our TA representatives are MIA how about we reply as...

"the technical co-ordination are currently reviewing the TA Specification document and its alignment with the other team's work.  this feedback will comply with the new review periods outlined last week.
the ebXML Glossary is in draft form (and does indeed take many terms from the TA  Specs.)  our intention is to post this to the "documents for review" list as soon as we are told how to do so.  we expect this to happen this week.
"
NB
i have spent some time on the TA Specs and can see why duane has concerns.  the 'requirements' section, regrep and core components definitely need some work and this should be fed back a.s.a.p. to avoid redundant effort by many of the contributors.

These deliverables are needed by the Technical Architecture team NOW and have
been asked previously by our team.  It is technical coordinations responsibility
to accomplish these and I suggest we request these be done by two weeks from
  today.

  1.  A comparison of the TRP spec with the TechArch Transport section to ensure
compatibility.  This should be done by Technical Coordination.

  2.  Ditto for Reg Rep draft

  3.  The Glossary of terms has been requested for 4 months now.  Dick Ramaan
promised this during Brussells.   There is a good start in the Tech Arch Spec.

These items need to be started today and completed within two weeks.

Failure to do so will impede our ability to move forward.

FYI:

The message below just showed up on the Technical Architecture list.

I am forwarding it to ebxml-coord for those who would not otherwise see it.

Hello all:

I have cross posted this message due to the nature of some of the comments.
Anyone working for Dick Ramaan's team (Coordination),  I invite to pay special
attention to the needs and deliverables requested.  It is now holding up the
Technical Architecture team's progress.

Re:  Meeting moved -> I agree Anders.  Let's move it to Thursday.

I have also assembled a "short list" of issues which our Team must bring up
during this meeting.
