Tim,
1. Typo in item 4: "2. Focus on [not of] specifying the interfaces between
functions"
2. The comment
     "However, this does not preclude facilitating a resolution to issues."
     could be simplified/clarified to:
     "Our role may include facilitating a resolution to issues."
3. After
   "6. We have not received advise on how to post the Glossary to the
“documents for review” web page.
       It  was agreed to post to our web page (see item 10) and circulate a
notice to all list servers
       advising of this location."
    Suggest you add: ", and asking them to check their group's entries", as
we discussed. We also talked
    about their nominating a contact point for the glossary, if they haven't
already so maybe you should
    mention that.
