BP Specification document due next week.

it appears the BP team now plan to submit their 'new' technical specification
next week (Oct 2nd).

this was attached to the minutes of their last meeting.
 

> Since the  Technical Specification of the ebXML Metamodel, entitled
> "Collaboration Modeling Metamodel & UML Profile" is the primary working document
> of the BP PT, it was suggested that it be submitted in its current form for
> general ebXML review.  This was further confirmed in the 26 September CCBP
> Context/Metamodel Call in which it was agreed that Draft Version 2.0 of the BP
> PT Technical Specification Document has been superceded, and thus will be
> "decommissioned."    Unless objections are raised, "Collaboration Modeling
> Metamodel & UML Profile" will be submitted to the Quality Review Team on 2 Oct.
