Tim,

As said in my message to the StC, the Executive has agreed to your
teams recommendation and supports it 100%.  Regardless of the view
by some StC members that the QRT has no right to make that call,
they forget that it was (is) the Executive that made the call
since technically speaking the QRT reports to us :-)  The team did
what it was charter to do.  If it was rubber stamping as some StC
members seem to think it should do, than they need to wake up.
Quality is not a compromise for ebXML, it is the norm.  Thanks to
the team for their hard work.
