TA Spec review - minutes of TA Team meeting

> This team had reviewed and approved the part of the Technical Architecture specification that relates directly to their team. In the version that was sent to the Quality Review team, this section had changed and is consequently no longer the mutually agreed text. This will need to be addressed in Tokyo.

> Brian reported that the specification had been reviewed by a 'crash team' in order to resolve the issues identified by the Quality Review team. The result is a total rewrite that was submitted to the QR team the 18th October. If it passes the review it will be distributed to the ebXML community for comments the 24th October.

> Members of the TechArch team have identified sections that need to be clarified or changed, but due to time constraints these comments did not reach the editors in time to be included. Examples of these are incorrect statistics in the introductions and the Trading Partner sections, as mentioned above.
