Re: TA Specification meeting Tuesday Nov 7th

The following agenda proposes an item "Purpose of the TA Specification Document", to
be spoken to by a representative of the Steering Committee.

There has been some debate as to whether the TA Specification 'drives' the other
specifications or vice versa.  The QR Team believe this needs to be clarified prior
to subsequent debate and resolution of consistency issues.

We would like to suggest this be put on the Steering Committee agenda for their
Monday meeting (17:30-19:00) and a representive present their view at the meeting on
Tuesday.
