Re: Issues with TA Specification

following from the round of meetings held over the Tokyo Plenary, the QR
Team are pleased to observe the progress made on the Technical
Architecture specification.

our understanding is that the next draft will address the concerns
raised earlier and we look forward to seeing it re-presented for Quality
Review in the near future.

our team would also like to acknowledge the professionalism of the
participants in this process.
