Syntax-Neutral Definition of Business Semantics

The working draft of CNE/ISSS DAMSAD project group's paper on Syntax-Neutral
Definition of Business Semantics (see http://www.sgml.u-net.com/neutral.htm)
has been updated to provide for the generation of ISO/IEC 11179 compliant
definitions for message components.
