this may be a nit.. but it should say something like, it is being reviewed by the ebxml and we solicit comments from a wider audience. results of the proposal and changes resulting from subsequent comments will be voted upon for approval in the may meeting. best regards. If you read the press release completely you'll also see that the Requirements team is asking for comments.
