Please find attached a UN/CEFACT paper on a proposed technical 
specification process for UN/CEFACT which is to be discussed at the 
forthcoming UN/CEFACT plenary session in Geneva. This has been 
downloaded from the UN/CEFACT web-site.

This may prove to be a possible route for global publishing of ebXML 
specifications therefore the timing issues raised and publication 
methodology suggested may be of background interest to us as we plan 
our deliverables strategy.
