Hi everyone,

Attached, please find the ebXML Requirements Specification draft, which
is scheduled to be voted on next week in Brussels.  I cannot say that
I'm in full agreement with the document.  It has gone beyond the scope
of specifying business requirements.

The second comment period having closed on April 2, the final version of
the ebXML Requirements Specification which will be submitted for
approval at the plenary May 8 is available in MS Word format at:

It will be posted soon in other formats on the public ebXML web site.

Please review this document in preparation for the approval vote next
Monday.
