I suggested we needed Glossary & Acronyms before

- everyone thought it a good idea -

- then came a long discussion on :

 what was included;what should be left out;

• whose list we use;
• should we reference an existing glossary
•  then whose
• etc 

In retrospect my thinking is we should

• always spell out acronyms- at least the first time they are used
• if we use a new or uncommon term then take a line to state what the term means

Comments?
