Completed Core Component Forms (examples)

Dear all I have uploaded some examples of Hisanao's methodology using
Martin's web forms. If you follow the link from our home page (URL below)
you can view the forms completed to describe a Finance/Banking statement
balance. We have also recorded some issues that we felt needed to be
discussed at the San Jose meeting.
