Web site updated

Hi All,

I just received news from James Whittle, our editor.  With all of the
technical problems OASIS experienced over the last few weeks, he was
delayed in updating our webpage.  But now that access has been restored,
he has completed updating both our working and general webpages!
Further, he has linked our working webpage with the main webpage ... I
hope this makes it less confusing for everyone to locate.  On behalf of
the entire team, thanks James!
