RE: Location of CoreComponents.dtd?

Charlie, the XML files you downloaded are part of the Core Component
discovery process and as such are meant to be read using the tool the team
has developed. The DTD and stylesheet you require is actually part of an
older version of the tool, hence it is not currently on the site. The files
you require are attached.
