Good People,

I agree with William, most of the semantic information that went into
building X12 & UN/CEFACT documents is lost in publication.  And compounding
the code list problem, only the first need for usage of a code is ever known
to the standards organization.  Others who need the code simply observe that
it already exists, and use it.
