Classifying Core Components

One gnarly problem remains in the accurate gassification 
of core components.

Attached example.   I believe this core component should
go under Transport related work.

Notice also that there is a fee for use of this core component,
presumably to cover production and distribution costs.

A registry providing access to these will therefore indicate
a cost for use item.
