The MoU between UN/CEFACT and OASIS gives UN/CEFACT responsibility for
this work.  So, you won't see an OASIS TC on Core Components.  The exact
status of the work is somewhat up in the air depending on who you talk
to and want to believe, but your best bet is probably to check out
www.ebtwg.org, the new UN/CEFACT group chartered to continue the ebXML
work.
