Kurt,

Yes, you are quite right.  Once the schema used is
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema instead of
http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema then my suggested fixes are no
longer valid apart from the ID to IDREF.

XML Authority is now morphed into a product called Turbo XML.
The latest available is 2.2.
