How to develop implementation of ebXML

 I would like to know the details about the development of ebXML for our company,for doing it are there any norms to be followed,do we have to register ourselves somewhere,and the let me know about the repository and registeration process and where to do all this,are there ant tailor made implementations available if so pl let me know about the companies poviding these.
