There has been a couple of papers discussing how to use UDDI to locate ebXML
Registries [1].    

The OASIS ebXML Registry TC [2] is currently discussing approaches to make
an ebXML Registry available as an abstract web service (possibly including
support for additional bindings such as SOAP).
