The CPPA team is just beginning to work on a negotiation process for CPAs.

Regarding the basic process of composing a CPA from two CPPs, see Appendix
F of the CPP-CPA spec., ver. 1.0.

Can the ebMS TR&P be customised for message  exchanges in an
CPA negotiation ?
What is the practical way to electronically negotiate  an CPA ?
