Where is definitive schema for ebXML MS 1.0 spec 
The reference
http://www.ebxml.org/namespaces/messageHeader/
Appears in product literature and references and documentation. There is
nothing at this address, perhaps it is just intended to be a placeholder. 
Is the correct schema
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ebxml-msg/schema/draft-msg-header-01.xs

, or is it
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ebxml-msg/schema/msg-header-2_0c.xsd
or none of the above.
