The implementation at http://ebxmlrr.sourceforge.net is feature complete
implementation of the OASIS ebXML Registry V2 specifications. It will
have a beta download in a few days. Until then CVS access is already
available. For minimal instructions on CVS access see:

The bits available today are fairly stable. Best of luck.
