   I don't exactly understand what you are exactly asking due to the sentence structure.

 

   The BPSS and UMM Meta-model semantics permit the creation of legally binding contracts. The BPSS and the UMM Meta-model embodies UN/ECE recommendations and ABA (law) standards/recommendations with respect to the legal binding-ness of a business transaction. See the UMM (N090) for specific references (chapter 8 and 9):
