Technical Note: Registering Web Services in an ebXML Registry

Over the past several months, Farrukh Najmi and I have been referring to
a document that we co-authored within the OASIS/ebXML Registry TC on
registering Web services in an ebXML Registry. Originally considered a
"best practice" document, this document is now referred to as a
Technical Note.

This document has now been approved by the OASIS/ebXML Registry TC as an
official Technical Note [1]. This is the first in a series of such
technical notes that the Registry TC is planning to create in regards to
Web services.
