I believe this is very close to final here.

I'd like to get everyones review comments
by Monday, and then look to release the document
on Tuesday.

Can you please send any edits / changes to Monica
who will work with Carol on getting this up to the website
(because of the embedded content I'm seeing this 
 should be posted as a Word doc).

I've also CC:d Dee Schur - as we'd like to get PR out
around this in this weeks news.
