I have new contacts for that effort and can do so, although I am not
certain if we will receive any concrete answers at this time.
 
I do know that CDC has separate work ongoing for: Bioterriorism,
Meta-data registry for scientists and analysts, and the ebMS effort.  I
am not sure of their interrelationships or any overlap.
 
I did meet an analyst with CDC last week at Open Forum and he said that
this gentleman was involved with the bioterrorism:

This name was provided by Mr. Flesch from CDC (involved in meta-data
registry effort).

I wonder is this CDC-manged "health monitoring network" is based on
their DGI testing of ebXML MS......
