Who is sponsoring this?  It probably needs a 'nod' from the JCC
if its a none OASIS group?

Also - since Oracle is there - I found my old paper from them
on exactly this topic from a year and a half ago.

Of course within OASIS the BCM and eGov teams are already
doing a lot of this coordination, so I would think liaison there
would work better?  From the JMT side - we just want to see alot
more of things working together and verification of same - so
we can push that story!
