Subject: [Fwd: [CEFACT-LWG:261] ebXML legal issues]
Carol, I think there should be some type of official response to this article. I have concerns about it singling out ebXML, and do not understand how patents issues are limited to ebXML. Thanks. -------- Original Message -------- Subject: [CEFACT-LWG:261] ebXML legal issues Date: Wed, 9 Jul 2003 10:08:39 +0100 From: Marsh, David <David.Marsh@dickinson-dees.com> Reply-To: David.Marsh@dickinson-dees.com To: CEFACT-LWG List <cefact-lwg@list.unicc.org> Dear All, By way of background to our work, both on ebXML legal issues and the question of the UN/CEFACT IP policy, I attach a pdf file containing an article that I recently wrote for the UK's National Computing Centre magazine.
