A year from now things will definately be clearer.  Right now
we're in that point in time and space where things are
still sorting themselves out - and clear paths are 
hard to discern - while not restricting options is 
the obvious strategy.

Although I'm pretty sure that a year down the track somebody might wish to
change the name in any case as it is fairly important for newcomers.

Also, compared to OAG, it's worth keeping UBL simplistic as it has been
done.
