Delphi Survey: Understanding the Value of Standards

The Delphi Group is conducting a research study on the role of open
standards such as ebXML on the development of software. Participants in
this study will gain immediate access to Delphi's 2003 Economic Survey
Report in exchange for 10 minutes of time to complete an online survey.
Participants will also receive a copy of the final report.

Survey answers will remain completely confidential. Responses will be
aggregated within the final analysis, but Delphi will not identify any
single respondent's answers.
