POC Proposal

Hi,

	I think I have some ideas around what we need by next week. The spec Mark
sent is an excellent start. I am hoping we will get actual examples from
Sigmund and DTDs from regrep, BP and cc.

	Can I make a first cut at these - by editing Mark's proposal (which merges
the CGI and AIAG) and adding placeholders (for things like message formats,
DTDs, examples etc) and source of the information ? That way we know what we
want and who will give it to us.

	Another initiative is to sync up the sections and Philippe's spreadsheet.
Philippe, can we do this Saturday/Sunday ?
