RE: POC Demo's One-only, two-in-one, two-separate....?

Hi,

	From what I understand, at the moment, the thought is that there will be
one eintegrated demo. The starting point of the integrated proposal is
Mark's document sent on 9/28. I plan to work with Mark, Philippe, Sig et al
and send the first cut by COB Sunday.

	The goal is to have this document contain all information needed for the
POC (or refer to other documents that have the information) IMHO, the major
hurdle at this point is the details - enough for all of us to go and start
implementing.

	Any suggestions ?

on the poc tokyo thing are we thinking of doing only one demo - gci or aiag,
or both integrated or both separate? which way is it going at the moment?
