Mark,

If you are working on a change to the tpaML DTD in the way discussed below,
will there be an additional attribute to signify if it is being used for a
CPA or CPP?  If not, can you include this as well in your discussions with
Martin?

Attached, please find the updated payload information.  It will be posted on
our website soon and this is an advance copy.

Here are the big things:

- TRP 0.21d is included
- Messages headers are included (big thanks to Hatem/IPnet!)
- CPP & CPA for vendors are included (big thanks to Frank/IPnet!)

Special note:  the CPP & CPA conform to the new tp v0 DTD given to me in
advance by Marty Sachs.  The change is not significant from tpaML; however
the copyright is removed.  I am working out one detail with Marty that may
effect the CPP & CPAs because we use the DTD to do one sided agreements.  I
will let you know the outcome.

Finally, each vendor is responsible for verifying their CPP and CPA. Please
let Frank know if there are any changes.

Please let me know if you find any errors/omissions.
