ebXML PoC track 2: URLs for hub

The URLs for participants in track 2 to access the hub are:

Fujitsu:        http://hostid:8080/fujsite/viquity_hub
Netfish:        http://hostid:8080/nfsite/viquity_hub
Savvion:       http://hostid:8080/vitsite/viquity_hub
TIE:             http://hostid:8080/sunsite/viquity_hub
webMethods http://hostid:8080/wmsite/viquity_hub

Please note that there is one connection per participant, i.e., even though
you may have multiple partners, use the above URL to send your message to
the hub. E.g., Fujitsu would use the URL listed for it above to send to its
partners. 'hostid' would be viquity.ebxml.com, per JP's earlier proposal.
